#66 | This week, we have Paige Lindgren, a certified hormone specialist, to talk to us about cycle syncing, having a healthy hormone summer and why we need to enter our slow girl era. Paige provides so many amazing tips and tricks for women from what to eat, how to manage cortisol and the importance of balancing hormones so that we can feel our best. We also dive into the four phases of our cycle and how to adjust your lifestyle, diet and exercise routines to better align with each phase of your menstrual cycle. We also came to the conclusion that girl boss hustle culture is dead and taking breaks and making time to enjoy life is a high priority for us. Especially working in social media it can feel like we are constantly on our phones and a challenge to find ways to put our phone away without feeling like we need to constantly be productive. And lastly we talk about our love for cottage cheese and why everyone needs to get on board. Anyways hope you enjoy this episode and be sure to follow/subscribe and leave a review!!
