Gig Economy के इस दौर में, कई startup कंपनियां आ गयी है। आये दिन कई लोगो को बड़े-बड़े पैकेज पे उठाया जाता है। पर इसका एक दूसरा aspect है की उतने ही लोगो को जल्दी-जल्दी निकाला भी जाता ह। हमारी पीढ़ी हमारे माँ बाप के मुकाबले ज्यादा firings (नौकरी से निकाला जाना) देखती है।
Firings भले ही Modern और Tech Enabled हो गयी हो, पर उनसे जूझने का तरीका और उनको अपने Confidence और काबिलियत को define न करने देना, आज भी इंसान की सबसे पुरानी और ताकतवर skill है। Probation से Promotion तक के नए season और नए podcast में, हम बात कर रहे है firing के बाद की रणनीति की।
