Guests Afshan D’souza-Lodhi and Joe Willis join hosts Letty Butler and Stephen Mellor for a screenwriting special. In this episode Afshan, Joe and Stephen respond live, against the clock, to a series of writing prompts, as well as discussing bad sex, pineapples, LGBTQIA+ support, how to break into screenwriting, and lubing up the gherkin — oh, and Stephen dresses like a vicar.

The prompts were 200 words on the pre-prepared prompt of ‘the day the crayons quit.’ The three minute prompt was ‘His Name Was Sharky’, and the one minute prompt was to incorporate the three words ‘Secret, Potent, Butcher.’ The prompts were taken from the Writers Toolkit by Paul Kalburgi
