Lisa Kalmin is a world renowned transformational trainer. She is a mindset coach, speaker, corporate trainer and at the age of 51 became the mother of twin boys!

Lisa Kalmin is the principal and founder of WorldWorks Trainings , a premier coaching and training company dedicated to personal growth and transformational workshops. Over the past 18 years, through Lisa’s leadership, WorldWorks Leadership teams have raised over $2.4 million for Southern California Charities. Lisa is also key leadership coach for Heartcore Leadership.

Lisa has trained for various transformational companies throughout the United States, Mexico and Asia. In coaching over 25,000 people, Lisa brings her wizardry into every transformational experience she leads.

Lisa is also the Co-Founder of Inspire Coaching and iNSPIRE BUSINESS SUCCESS , Corporate Leadership Training.

In 2019, Lisa published her book, “The Problem Is How You See The Problem…The Secret to Transforming Your Life.” Her acclaimed book is available on Amazon.com.

Lisa is married and lives with her wife, sons and two pups Costa Mesa, California.
