sleep. This podcast is for you. Let the music cradle you. It's wonderful. We
gather here to try and calm down a bit, with classical music. Classical music has
been renowned for its healing, meditative, and soothing properties, from the
medieval and Renaissance periods to the modern era. Let's all meet and simply
do this - listen to the most heavenly music I know, to forget for an hour
what's happening around us, and maybe be filled with renewed hope. Please share
it with your friends and family as much as possible. We all deserve to relax,
and the music here is just the perfect musical tonic.
