For our 47th episode, we interviewed two Smile Serenaders to talk about improvisational theatre and its impact on mental health. Smile Theatre is a charity that delivers unique, professional, live musical theatre performances to seniors and other vulnerable people living in care. They have also begun using improvisational theatre approaches to help individuals have fun and connect with each other. We learn more about Smile Theatre, misconceptions about improv theatre, and the potential benefits that improv theatre has on mental wellness.
