Are we in a housing bubble? With home prices skyrocketing in the last couple of years, are we due for a correction? If the housing market moved like the stock market, then yes. However, real estate is a much more stable market than stocks and its consistent upward trends are little moved by economic fluctuations. This is true even in the face of most recessions over the years. In this episode we’ll look at some important data that shows we are not heading for a housing market crash.
