In this podcast, we will be answering the top questions we received on the Golden Letter. These are the top questions on how to be successful in using the Golden Letter in your real estate business:
1. On the envelopes, what are the pros and cons of adding a Return Address when sending my Golden Letters? Any thoughts? [00:39]

2. Should I include my business card with my Golden Letter [2:57]
3. Are there certain properties Golden Letter work on better than others? Example: Luxury Listings vs Expired Listings vs areas with a lot of second homes? Any I should steer clear of? [4:18]
4. I'm still struggling with not counting my conversations with my Ambassadors towards my weekly conversations. We're not talking about real estate specifically but counting them would keep me motivated, regardless of if we talk real estate. Looking for advice. [8:37]
