Today I am chatting about being less judgy. In a recent dating situation, I judged too quickly, and it completely backfired on me.
Negatively judging people is not helpful when developing healthy and compassionate relationships with ourselves and others. Leading a judgment-free life requires a deep level of understanding, self-awareness, and empathy.
I share a few practical strategies I am using to curb my judging, increase my understanding, and why it matters.
