One trend that remained strong through all the uncertainty of 2020 is that of sustainable retail.

Far from being a passing fad, understanding environmental and social responsibility is proving to be the best way to build a strong strategy.

But the question remains: what factors are really important to consumers and swaying their purchase decisions?

We talked to consumers to find out that 83% of global consumers consider sustainable practices to be important and 44% of consumers have chosen to buy from a company with sustainability efforts rather than one not know for addressing them.

It is time to transform, but how?

It is clear retailers must embrace environmental and social responsibility. But the big question is, just how do you implement sustainable practices, and what does a sustainable retailer actually look like?

Join our Retail Leaders as they share their experience and insights on best practice examples in our webinar.
