Good evening, Europe! Welcome to Right Back At Ya!'s inaugural 2000s Eurovision special hosted by Joel and David, coming to you live from London. Given that this joyful, annual song contest is all about community and bringing folks together, we couldn't do it alone. This episode is joined by extra special guests: 2022's UK Eurovision entry and singer-songwriter Sam Ryder, and BAFTA Rocliffe-winning stage and screenwriter and DJ Shaun Kitchener.
Ahead of flying the flag for the UK in Turin this week, Sam Ryder joins us for quick chat about his Eurovision song entry 'Spaceman' and how the journey has been for him thus far. He also shares his love for Lordi, Conchita Wurst and Scooch!
Award-winning stage and screen writer Shaun Kitchener is a big pop fan and Eurovision fan.
