Ben Hodson, a seasoned entrepreneur with a 25-year track record, serves as the CEO and founder of JobNimbus. As a co-founder of the company, he brings a wealth of experience, having successfully initiated and managed 10 ventures throughout his career. Notable among his achievements are the founding of Auction Trust Network, a trust technology company, acquired by eBay in 2006, and the establishment of Venafi, a security software company, which achieved a significant milestone with its acquisition for $1.12 billion in 2020. Ryan is the CEO of SumoQuote, also currently a partner with Epic Roofing & Exteriors (a roofing company with over 150 employees) and formerly the sales manager at Epic Roofing.
As sales manager at Epic Roofing, Ryan developed a quoting tool that his team used to
increase their sales by over 63%. This technology was re-developed into SumoQuote,
which has helped thousands of contractors increase their win rates and close jobs at
higher margins.
In his role as CEO of SumoQuote, Ryan works with top roofing companies across North
America to craft innovative and dynamic proposals. These proposals help them stand out from the competition, providing an experience to a homeowner unlike anything else in the industry today.
