Our guest today is Jim Tompkins, who holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Over his 50-year career, Jim has founded 15 businesses generating over $2 billion in global revenue. He is an accomplished author, having written or contributed to 30 books, including three focused on leadership. Additionally, Jim has delivered over 2,000 conference and keynote presentations and served as CEO of 10 businesses.
