All of the buzzwords in the systems world have been on my mind. So, in addition to templates we covered in last week's episode, SOPs are your best friend in regards to productivity, efficiency, and overall, a quieter and happier brain.

In today's episode, I am excited to share the basics of SOPs, what it means when you have them in your business, how to implement them into your current business, the simplest way to get started asap without feeling overwhelmed, and my personal favorite resource to organize my SOPs.
