Will ChatGPT Disrupt Reputation Management?

ChatGPT will disrupt reputation management just as it will disrupt how we engage and communicate with the world's repository of information, the internet.

Just as search engines changed our behaviors as consumers, just as social media changed our culture and how we build personal and professional relationships and networks, just as we were reluctant to put our credit card numbers into a website 15 years ago, and now we don't think twice about connecting with all of our financial institutions online and trust them with ALL of our personal information. We are now facing a paradigm shift that is no less significant than any of the above examples.

My "guess" is that in a much shorter period than you would probably like to consider, our "search" habits will evolve to what is more accessible and more convenient as long as it meets a minimum threshold of trustworthiness. These natural language results are impressive. Mass and rapid adoption of this technology are inevitable, in my opinion.
