Denise Washington known to the world as China Nails has over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. She made her television debut for nails on Oxygens hit series “Naild It” in 2014 (showcasing why she is the Original BLING QUEEN) making it to the semi finals — and that show propelled her social media following. She then landed another television show, which was called Global Beauty Masters where she and her team competed for a $100,000 cash prize. She spent 2 seasons on that show where she was crowned “ Best Nail Tech “ and was awarded Mastery Of Nails.
China has a love for teaching and seeing the growth in other nail techs and the growth of the nail community as a whole. China has been a Booksy US Ambassador for over 5 years and hosts classes with her Booksy team. She loves to bring awareness to new business owners and students about how to get your business off the ground with Booksy's #1 beauty scheduling app.
China has owned her own salon for over 7 years and enjoys mentoring upcoming nail artists, such as her husband who went to nail school and got his nail tech license in the State of Florida. She also has her own product line of acrylic, brushes, bling gels, and of course Bling. China has also created her own lane in the funeral industry with her mortuary manicures. White gloves are a thing of the past and she wanted to create a way to give the family peace in this time of grieving by seeing their loved ones' nails done like they were when they were still alive.
