I have learned how to find balance and vitality over the years from my personal journey with health. Struggling with stomach pain, chronic adrenal fatigue, weight gain and anxiety. Implementing a diet and healthy lifestyle with the elements and systems of Ayurveda helped me find that balance that eluded me most of my life. I now have the energy and health to fuel my personal life, work in a busy emergency department and be in top form as I coach my clients with their journey of healing. THE KEYS - The first key is hydration, second nutrition, third restoration, fourth meditation, and the fifth key is integration.

Hydration is needed to have a good balance of our electrolytes in our body, those are potassium, magnesium, and chloride so that our body and organs work optimally. Nutrition; making sure that the food we are consuming is high quality. Restoration; have adequate time of quiet to recover. Meditation; focus on breath, body and spacial awareness. The fifth key; integrate everything shared during this episode on a daily basis. I hope you enjoyed these keys and be curious about your journey through health and vitality.
