In this episode we embrace the plant spirit Mama Cacao with Judy Machado - founder of Goddess Temple Cacao.. We begin with Judy explaining how her story with cacao developed, leading to her being trained by a Shipibo-Conibo cacao shaman.. Judy and I then take a very informative look at the spiritual essence of this plant, and its origins in pre-history, and as an extra-terrestrial spirit. We discuss how it is a Master Teacher plant, revered in the same way, and used ceremonially in the same way as plant like Ayahuasca in traditional cultures. As we continue, we delve into the spiritual, mental, and physical healing properties of cacao, in addition to how cacao is playing a pivotal role in humanity's evolution. Judy shares with us how we can build a relationship with this plant spirit, and develop a practice to incorporate that relationship into our everyday lives.. An incredible episode!
