Adonica says: "I’ve had more than 30 years experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer in a variety of specialties. I still dabble in it here and there but what really has my attention now is RED LIGHT THERAPY and the potential to help people with pain and inflammation.
Being a stroke survivor (one major and two minors) with an abundance of other medical issues, I went down the rabbit hole researching Red Light Therapy and strokes. It blew my mind the abundance of research out there, and it all looks promising!"
