We are the future. So here on The Bloomology Effect show, we want women of color to feel seen, acknowledged, and we want their stories heard! We're celebrating Black women in tech and giving them the flowers they deserve! Bloomology is a first-of-its-kind talk show featuring intimate yet profound career conversations for career-ambitious women. We help Black and Brown women to advance their careers, receive raises and promotions on a higher scale, win their salary negotiations and gain larger compensation packages, build executive presences, and enhance their presentation skills. Bloomology is like an ERG (Employee Resource Group) meets at an intimate dinner party, where guests enjoy unique luxury experiences while getting the info they need to level up in their careers.
