The most common question when it comes to seeking out support for your own well-being is, “Do I need a coach or a therapist?” Well, this episode of how to twenty-something, invites guest expert, Shoshana Belisle, to clear up the similarities, differences, strengths, and weaknesses between the two. Shoshana has been studying the difference between the two modalities through her dissertation and very clearly articulates any confusion someone may have when it comes to coaching or therapy.
