#50 Do you smudge?

Episode #50. WOW! I am so chuffed with myself for making it to 50 episodes. Thank you, thank you, thank you for listening, sharing, reaching out and dropping me reviews and 5 stars. I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to do something I love so much, on my terms, using my own words and being me.

Do you smudge?? I cannot get enough of smudging with sage. It's my new daily go to, to clear the crap out of the house and my head and reset the room. Even the dogs get smudged! Believe me though, Sally from 10 yrs ago, would have definitely disagreed.

I went for a 'Female embodiment session with my wonderful friend Nicola Parish. She is incredible. It was very emotional and i talked about things i haven't' talked about with anyone, we're all guilty of sweeping things under the carpet and I can hold my hand up to this too.

However, what she did after the session with Oracle cards was mind Blowing! Have a listen.
