I spent my first night away from my son ever last weekend, it was a bit emotional for me, he however was fine and had an absolute ball at his Gran and Grandad's. I went to York to celebrate my wonderful friend Bex's 'hen do'. York is a fabulous city and we had a great time, shopping, eating and taking a ghost tour around the city, dressed in Fancy dress. Is 44 too old for fancy dress?? I didn't think so, so i got involved and the 'Shieldmaiden' was released.
Strange how sometimes our age can stop us, or even hold us back. Not physically, but mentally. We can often put these limits and barriers and place because fo our age. What have you told yourself you're told for??
