In February of 2020, I was coming out of a relationship with someone my therapist believed has NPD, or Narcissistic Personality Disorder as well as believed to have Antisocial Personality Disorder. In other words, a Narcissistic Psychopath. . During this relationship with that individual, friends kept approaching me with this idea that he was a narcissist by how he treated me and others with seemingly no empathy.

Honestly, prior to encountering this individual, I didn’t understand what a narcissist truly was. I started trauma therapy after the relationship because it was extremely abusive, and today I can say I’m happier than ever. But, it has been quite a journey.

Part of my healing journey was the knowledge that I gained from listening to H. G. Tudor’s YouTube channel, which was referred to me by my therapist. So, I am super excited to actually have him on my show today.
