Manage episode 414158189 series 3557900
A few weeks ago Sound Pollution lost a good friend of the show, a talented songwriter, and gifted singer, Eric Worley. We have struggled with how to tastfuly announce this news and pay tribute to a good friend. After some diliberation we decided to give the family some time to grieve privatly then re-release his origional interview with the show. This was episode 8 of the show and Raynelle was still new to editing, we tried to touch up the sound some but otherwise nothing has been changed. ( Eventhough Raynelle really wanted to becasue Eric's accent brought out her accent, she hides it better now) We hope you will listen to this beautiful voice one more time right here. The link below is for his obituary and you can pay tribute to him there, or here, if you wish. We want to express our deepest condolances to the family and friends of Mr Worley, he will be truley missed. https://www.drhendersonfuneralhome.com/obituaries/James-Eric-Worley?obId=31105710 The Origional Episode Description Welcome back to Sound Pollution. Eric Worley is with Rockhouse Music Alliance https://www.facebook.com/rockhousemusicalliance/ Eric is one of few artists that has the ability to make every song he plays fit his style. Eric conforms to no standard other than his own. He creates a refreshing trip back in time before all country songs sounded the same, were based on partying in a field, and driving on a dirt road. If you are a true country fan, Eric Worley is your next favorite artist. He grew up in southwest Virginia and has shown an amazing talent for singing and songwriting going back to his teenage years. His unique songwriting style features skillfully planned lyrics, a catchy melody, and a delivery that is all his own. Eric doesn’t sound like anyone else; he sounds like himself. https://www.facebook.com/ericworleymusic/. Use these links to like, friend, follow, subscribe, and share Sound Pollution
