Episode 127 with Gregory Jbara
In Part 1 of my podcast interview with Greg, we talk a little bit about him growing up right outside of Detroit and how he started early on in plays and musicals.
We also discuss him going to the University of Michigan and then getting accepted and transferring to the prestigious Julliard School's drama division.
Greg and I discuss his first "official" theatre role in New York City in 1986-1987. All his hard work in the late 80's and early 90's eventually led him to Broadway with many roles including Damn Yankees, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and then eventually what would be one of his big break out roles taking over the role of BILLY FLYNN in Chicago in 1997.
We obviously have lots to talk about in Part 2, including his Tony Award and role in Blue Bloods too.
