Meet David, entrepreneur with products in over 3700 retail stores, including giants like The Home Depot, Lowe's and True Value Hardware. Alongside this, he works closely with Dr. Andy Garrett as the Lead Coach for the transformative True North Resiliency Program. David believes that understanding 'WHO' you are, on a very granular level, is the key to understanding 'WHY' you do what you do…. It is a shift that is life-changing. He often says, "Never start with WHY, start with WHO."
He is currently writing a book titled, "The Guardians of Grit," which aims to empower fathers in raising uncrushable young people. Grounded in a science-based approach that distinguishes between Grit and Resilience, David's book explores how this knowledge can fundamentally shape one's core identity.
