Many know me as the founder of the ZUU Fitness Brand - World's Hardest Bodyweight Training.
With ZUU I have lived in the UK and then the USA for over 8 years, partnering with some of the most recognized fitness chains on earth like Virgin Active and Crunch Fitness.
I have presented at the largest fitness conventions in Europe and America even being voted "Best workout & pre-conference 2018 and 2019" at the National Academy Of Sports Medicine Pheonix, Arizona USA.
But before ZUU, I was born into construction. Left high school early in the mid 80's to do an apprenticeship and then spent the next 20+ years in this industry as an alcoholic.
I have walked the dark path that tens of thousands of hard men in construction are currently trapped in.
This is why DRAFT 72 exists. It is how I saved myself and turned my shit around.
