Since the pandemic lockdowns, social isolation is at an all time high. Feelings of loneliness and despair are at an all time high as many people feel trapped with very few people they can consider friends. So in times like these, where can we find hope? What is the way back to one another? That is why we are so excited to welcome today's guest, Licensed Professional Counselor and Professor, Sharon Hersh. Sharon shares her story of dealing with trauma at a young age and seeking counseling, which led to her deciding to become a therapist herself to work with people like herself.
