Matt Hangen serves as the CEO of Water4, a $12 million dollar non-profit based out of Oklahoma City. Matt grew up in rural Alabama and got his start working as a nut and bolt sorter (yes, apparently that is a real job). In this interview, he opens up about working as a youth pastor and missionary before serving at Water4. He talks about the role of suffering in his own personal development and some of the difficulties in transitioning from smaller roles into his current role as CEO. Matt is incredibly thoughtful and insightful and you'll be blessed by listening to him.
