From practical tips on nutrition, movement, and mindset to personal stories from their many adventures traveling in their RV exploring natures beauty. When someone is self-conscious about their weight it impacts almost every area of their life. Our friend Alan Thomas and his wife Angie developed a process from personal experience battling obesity for over 30 years. They call it “Rethink Dieting” and during a 260-day span a few years ago, they together lost 192 pounds using THIS approach. to permanent weight loss.

Together, Alan and Angie host a free training to share a simple 5-step strategy they used to drop their weight, and they’ve helped countless others do the same thing.
