In this episode Michael and I introduce the subject of resistance and what it means to be in resistance. We talk about how powerful shifting our mindset to an acceptance mindset can be and provide tools on how to shift that mindset. We both share our experiences about when we have been in resistance and how big of an impact it can have on your results with your relationships, your responsibilities, your circumstances etc. We challenge you to do an exercise of seeing where you live with new eyes as if you were a tourist seeing it for the first time.
