S.E. Greene (a.k.a. SrVerde) in short, is a carpenter who figured out how to borrow money, run a business, and deliver on the goods and services he said he could! After many years of scratching around in the real estate industry, “hacking” and figuring out what suited him, and or what best fit the market, he now currently runs a successful multi-million dollar real estate development company, and serves as CEO at eighty8 realty, a comprehensive model real estate firm based in Texas.
In addition to his real estate background and successes, SrVerde enjoys playing guitar, wearing (and often giving away) exotic cowboy boots, exploring the culture of wine and winemaking, mentoring other small business up-starts and business owners, chasing his dreams and dragging as many people to the top of their game as he possibly can!
