Sean Starnes is a good friend I've known for many years. Sean was set to visit SoCal and I knew we had to catch up. This is that conversation. We talk about his home in Bend Oregon and his new venture (44 Northwest) in residential design-build construction. He reveals some hard lessons he's learned in the past and some key habits that he implements into his every-day life to better himself for future success.
