In this episode, Jenna talks with Sarah Breskman Cosme about her newest book “A Hypnotist’s Journey from the Trail to the Star People”. In this book, Sarah documents a regression case where she accesses the consciousness of a Cherokee Man who walked the Trail of Tears.

Sarah and Jenna agree that there is no such thing as coincidence - and this might be proof! Jenna is a member of the Cherokee tribe in Oklahoma, and her ancestors walked the Trail of Tears. And during this conversation Jenna shares her research that corroborates what Sarah found in her session!

As part of this conversation we honor our Cherokee and Native American Ancestors who endured the violence and trauma of colonialism, and we set the intention to hold space for the healing and release of this trauma. We ask that you join us in sacred space as we honor our past, and engage in this important conversation to help bring healing to our current civilization.

Sarah is a QHHT Level 3 practitioner, having trained under Dolores Cannon’s daughter, Julia Cannon, as well as Dr. Brian Weiss, author of “Many Lives, Many Masters”. She talks about the reality of past lives and the necessity of bringing them into conversations and practices around healing and trauma; and she brings a mindset and attitude about holistic healing that is at the forefront of human wellness today.
