While Jehan is now an expert who helps others remove unconscious blocks, fear or negative programming, he used to struggle with depression. After finding the path to health and wellness, Jehan is now passionate about supporting others in doing the same! Hypnotherapy, meditation, and mindfulness were all extremely important for Jenna and Jehan as they worked to find inner peace!
