Business and social media is not something that sits comfortably with a lot of businesses. I should know I was exactly the same last year, then everything changed! As a UK entrepreneur I was going to say small businesses really struggle with grasping the power and opportunity that social media provides. But in all honesty big businesses in the UK also struggle and are not doing social media marketing particularly well. Just ask yourself, how well do companies and businesses interacting with you on social media? Most not very well. But if I was going to give some business advice to UK companies, I would be saying; its now more critical than ever to really engage your audience, but equally it is a huge opportunity for them to build a loyal tribe.
