Jenny Splitter is a food and science writer, as well as Story Director for TBD Immersive, a theatrical experience company based in D.C. Her writing appears in The Washington Post, Slate, New York Magazine, and her immersive collaborations for TBD include In Cabaret We Trust, Cabaret Rising and Legendary. In her spare time, she carves ice sculptures and grows heirloom wheat. Just kidding, she has two kids.
