Today I’m excited to chat with Football Fern, Claudia Bunge.

Claudia has successfully made the transition from talented youth player to senior international and full time professional player, currently playing for Melbourne Victory in the Australian A league.

From working her way through the local and domestic scene, Claudia secured a moved to Victory, where she won back to back championships, before making the move into Europe. During her time in Melbourne, Bungie, cemented her place in the NZ Football Ferns and has competed in the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2023 as well as the Tokyo and Paris Olympic games.

Having experienced youth world cup, major senior tournaments, playing professionally aboard as well as the daily grind that is asked of pre performance athletes, Claudia is a perfect prototype for this podcast as she can speak to the rise through the pathway and how she is plotting her move up to the next level on her journey.
