Welcome back to the Sutta Meditation Series Podcast. This is an easy check, once we have developed the 10 skilled states through the insight pathway in the Karaṇīyametta Sutta (Snp 1.8) and are radiating loving kindness to all living beings.

I like to call it the "stickiness" check. This is how we can diagnose if there are flaws in our metta practice. If so, we can go back to purify and ensure we truly have the 10 skilled states.
