Today I’m sitting down with Sierra Sanchez, founder of the Millennielle Golf Club, who shares how she transformed her love for the sport into a thriving community for young women.

Listen in as Sierra discusses how a passion project led not only to the empowerment of millennial women golfers all over Phoenix, but also to the rekindling of old friendships and the making of new, lasting ones.

Drawing from her background in social media marketing, she does a deep dive into the ins-and-outs of creating your own golf group, highlighting the importance of creating a supportive network, effective branding, and the magic of nurturing personal relationships with your members.

About Sierra Sanchez:

Sierra Sanchez was brought up in golf from an early age, and her passion for the sport never left. As an adult, she was left wanting for a local community of young women golfers like herself. So she started her own: Millennielle Golf Club! With a background in social media marketing, she was able to brand and network her way to creating an inspiring golf environment that offers opportunities for women both on and off the course.
