On November 9, 1994, Farah Baquer Fratta was murdered in her garage in Humble, Texas a suburb of Houston. Her killer was a an 18-year old hired through a middle man by her estranged husband, Robert Alan Fratta. Fratta, a bodybuilder and former Missouri City public safety officer, was angered by the couple’s pending divorce, his child support obligations and allegations made by Farah in the divorce proceedings.
