In this first episode MigrateUK managing director, Jonathan Beech explains to host, Dave Harries, the main changes that have come in to force since Brexit in January 2021.
These changes have had a profound effect on organisations that employ or hope to employ foreign workers, as well as the workers themselves. Jonathan looks at the main routes to the employment of foreign workers including sponsored routes and the graduate route to working in the UK. He also looks at the effect of Covid restrictions on migrating workers and further immigration changes coming down the line.
