Tea & Mortgage w/ John Coleman, Ireland’s favourite mortgage broker would like to sit down with you to share a cup of tea and chat about the state of the mortgage and property market.
In this Tea & Mortgage podcast episode #17, host John Coleman and co-host have the pleasure of welcoming on a special guest, Suya Sausmikat!
Making her second appearance on the podcast, Suya, talks about the Brazilian community here in Ireland. Of course, Suya is native to Brazil and only came to Ireland about nine years ago. Like many Brazilians, she came just to learn English and get better opportunities, and eventually joined the mortgage industry along with John at JC Mortgages.
Now, she’s one of the preeminent ambassadors and influencers among the Brazilian community in Ireland when it comes to buying a home and the crucial step of obtaining a mortgage.
Recently, Suya was even included in an official report published by the Brazilian embassy here in Dublin that outlines the stats, facts, and demographics around the Brazilian community in Ireland, including housing metrics and trends. The report even directly quoted Suya and made a cool graphic out of it!
So, in this podcast, we talk about a few of the items in that report, the Brazilian community in general in Ireland, how Suya loves helping people from her home country who want to buy a property, and if we should rename this podcast, “Churrasco & Mortgage!”
