Tobin is an entrepreneur who understands the importance of effective communication and networking. In the early stages of his career, he compared his struggle to driving a car stuck in 4th gear in a parking lot. With the realization that conversations and connections were the key to breaking free, Tobin mastered the art of approaching and engaging with the right people. He discovered methods to structure conversations and prevent them from becoming uncomfortable sales pitches.
