He shares his diet and training routine, and what people in the bodybuilding community get wrong due to misinformation, and when it comes to stress management and recovery. They also discuss methods to overcome physical and mental pain. He advocates taking care of your body through movement to avoid muscle atrophy as you age, understanding proper nutrition, and learning self-control. His overall message to listeners is to develop self-love, acceptance, and to release resistance, in order to bring in true abundance, develop true purpose, and create your own reality. This, in turn, will give you a healthy mind, body, and spirit, and foster understanding relationships with oneself and others.
