In this episode, I welcome back my mom, Tricia B. We talk about what it takes to be a single mompreneur while raising 3 children and also being a caregiver for 14 years. Tricia B is a hair stylist who started her career in her teenage years, went through many obstacles, and kept going on no matter what.
"In my early twenties, I was already a full-time mom of 3, going through a divorce and moving to another state. I just finished hair school, I hustled a lot and didn't feel sorry for myself, I was always passion-driven and knew we will survive no matter what". ~ Tricia B.
In this episode, we discuss:

  • What does it mean to be a single mom & entrepreneur at the same time (03:00)
  • Importance of your support network and how it does really "take a village" to succeed (08:00)
  • Sometimes you just to take your chances and not look back (15:00)
  • How to stay on course when things are falling apart and confidence goes down (17:33)
  • What makes you survive through your lowest low (23:20)
  • How to show up when so much is going on (28:40)
  • Having mompreneurs' guilt that you are not always there for your family (33:51)
