The Cello Sherpa Podcast Host, Joel Dallow, interviews cellist Bion Tsang, who is Professor of Cello at the University of Texas at Austin, Butler School of Music. They talk about what it was like to make his debut with the New York Philharmonic at the age of 11, and how at the age of 19, he won the bronze medal in the 8th international Tchaikovsky Competition, which at the time made him the youngest prizewinner on the cello.
