THE FATAL ATTRACTION OF BOXES:
Why Humans Have Stacked The Odds Against Equality and How We Can Take Back Control

The purpose of this SOLO-Podcast is to share with you the story behind how and why the #NoMoreBoxes Movement.

A movement that's mission is to move people out of their boxes and into the human space.

According to psychology studies, the first 7 seconds, you meet another person you automatically make 11 different judgements.

Yes, in only 7 seconds you place this person into 11 different boxes! And all of these boxes are made-up in your head, they are all based on how you sense their energy, how you read that person.

And the same thing is done to you! - You are being boxed just the same.

The purpose of this old habit was initially to help us to create order in our heads. Be aware of possible danger or threat in our lives - the problem with that ancient role is that it's preventing people from having the freedom to be who they were born to be.

It’s holding people back, it’s holding people back from being the highest version of themselves.

so…

Is this fatal attraction to boxes unchangeable?

Is it impossible to change this human behaviour?

I’m asked and I ask myself these questions all the time.

However, I’ve made a conscious choice to do something about this and follow Audrey Hepburn quote which said:

Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!

Some great takeaways from Runa:

  • Putting people in boxes creates division, isolation and even hate

  • Your boxes can be good, bad and even ugly

  • Boxes limit us all. You, me and the rest of the world

  • Boxes are all your own doing - therefore you have a choice to do differently next time

  • You too can become a part of a movement that is raising consciousness on our planet

  • Spotting your box, opening them up, unpacking them and even unfold and recycle is an ongoing process.
