Wow, it’s been a busy few months! I’ve been all over the place and although I had an amazing time (which I’ll be catching you up on in this episode!) I’m so glad to be back home and in my normal routine again.

While I was away, the anxiety monster definitely reared its ugly head, and this time I took the opportunity to really journal on how I was feeling in an attempt to pep myself up each day. I knew that my anxiety definitely wasn’t caused by any one person or situation in particular on any of my trips, but was a combination of feeling like I couldn’t show up as my true self, comparing myself to others and a really disappointing situation with my camera!!

This journaling led to some thoughts coming out that I wanted to share with you, hence today’s episode! We’re covering all sorts, like comfort zones, comparison and why I think that we can all always learn from each other - no matter who is “further along” or “knows more”!

In this episode, I’m diving into:

  • Where I’ve been for the past few months
  • A candid chat about the anxiety I felt in recent situations
  • Why you can always learn from others and they can always learn from you
  • Getting comfortable with being outside your comfort zone
